Admission requirements
Our program in arts management is geared toward professionals from a wide variety of skilled backgrounds. We anticipate and seek diversity in our applicants and will evaluate candidates on a case-by-case basis.
What are we looking for in our graduate students?
- Undergraduate Work: Potential students must have completed an undergraduate degree and have held a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Undergraduate transcripts are required.
- Application for Admission: Potential students must complete an application for admission to the program. Application deadlines: April 1st (Fall) and November 1st (Spring)
- Letters of Recommendation: Students should provide two letters of recommendation from faculty members or individuals who have first-hand knowledge of the applicants academic or professional capabilities.
- Statement of Purpose: Applicants should provide a one to two page statement of their intention and goals that specifically address the question, what will you anticipate doing with your degree?
- Personal Interview: Applicants might be asked to interview with at least one member of the program faculty or admissions. If applicable, the MAM office will arange for an interview with the applicant.
- Resume
- Criteria: GRE is required. GRE scores will be considered as one element, but not the most critical.
- Work experience is required.
