10th World Leisure Congress most sucessful yet!
The 10th World Leisure Congress held in Quebec City, Canada was attended by over 3000 delegates from over 70 different countries. According to World Leisure Board of Directors Chair, Dr. Derek Casey, the event was marvelous and will be long remembered by many people.
The organization, the programme and above all the atmosphere contributed significantly to the success of the event. The World Leisure Organization acknowledge Jean-Paul LAllier, Michel Beauregard and Andre Thibault with Distinguished Service Awards for their outstanding contributions in making the 10th World Leisure Congress a significant, historical and landmark event in the history of the World Leisure Organization.
