At its core are 4 weblogs, run by the young participants of FORTE, which document their activities in texts and audiovisual material. But the site also aims to become a general information point of reference for the youth cultural education sector, beyond the scope of the project and of interest to anyone working in this field.

Coordinated by the Barcelona-based Interarts Foundation, FORTE brings together four pioneering partner organisations from Germany (the Wrangelnetz, Berlin), Lithuania (Babilonas Youth Centre, Vilnius), Spain (Bertsozale Elkartea, Basque Country) and the UK (NewVic, London). These organisations work with cultural tradition, experimentation and exchange to make learning attractive for young people and allow them to develop new skills and participate actively in society.
