Safety communication instead of crisis communication

Access restrictions, disinfectants, measures for sufficient distance and, of course, the obligation to use mouth and nose protection. All of these measures are designed to show visitors and staff that they don't need to worry about their health during a stay in an arts and cultural institution. But the last few months have made many people very insecure. Additional, people can have very different perceptions of security. So it is apparently not enough to guarantee them safety to actually make them feel safe. Leah Hamilton - arts management consultant and lecturer with a focus on crisis management - will show what arts and cultural institutions should instead focus on in their communication.
