Admission requirements
1. successful completion of secondary school education at a conservatory, secondary school or other secondary school institution
2. successful completion of written tests on the arts - general knowledge (the history and theory of film, TV, radio, theatre, literature and fine-arts, comprehensive knowledge of the arts and the cultural scene in the Czech Republic), basic economic concepts, mathematics (an elementary school level), knowledge of foreign languages (translation from Czech into one or more of the world languages), intellectual and psychological tests to ascertain whether a candidate is suitable for his or her chosen field
3. knowledge of the history of music and music theory (conservatory standards), ability to orient oneself in the contemporary Czech and world music scene
4. general musicianship, a good musical ear, performance on a musical instrument (particularly the piano)
5. general requirements for assuming the practical tasks in the field of music organization and management
