The aim of this course is to train regional and local cultural managers and managers of entertainment institutions. Course content is to study the problems of inter-regional cultural programming and the difficulties of cultural development in Europe. Aims at defining the objectives of cultural programmes and acquiring management methods for such initiatives; includes legal, economic and general cultural studies.
