Cultural Management in Changing Environment
The Department of Culture of Tartu City Government is glad to invite cultural professionals to the international cultural management conference "Cultural Management in Changing Environment" on 23-24 November 2006 in Tartu, Estonia.
The first conference day will deal with management of cultural sector at European, state and local government level (cultural policies) and management of international cultural cooperation. The second conference day will focus on management of cultural organisations - strategic management, human resources management with the purpose of building a creative and innovative environment, case studies of management of Estonian cultural organisations.
