The next AAAE conference will taking place on April 20 -22 in Toronto, Canada, hosted by the University of Toronto at Scarborough. The working title is "Foundations for Success: Excellent Students, Faculty and Programs". Directors and Faculty members of leading arts management courses from the United States, Canada, Australia and European countries will be participating on this 3-day-event in Ontario, Canada. Dirk Schutz and Dirk Heinze from the Arts Management Network will join the conference, too.

The VIII Conference European Culture was held at the University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain, between the 19th and the 22nd October 2005. The conference organization aimed at promoting the encounter of scholars from a wide variety of backgrounds who would present papers under the theme of Europe: encounters and frontiers.

Agreement has been reached that mutual corporation between international and domestic partners are the key point to the success of any international projects. Experiences have been shared from organizations such as French Footsbarn Traveling Theatre and AEAA (The Association Européene des Agents Artistiques) who have successfully introduced programs to Asia.
